What is bad cholesterol?

Here are some natural cures which can help to reduce bad cholesterol in the blood:
First of all, we must reduce our fat intake. It should actually avoid meats, fatty meats of beef and pork.
Be used to cook with olive oil.
We need to increase the intake of vegetables and fruits.
The following herbs may also help in reducing bad cholesterol:
